RNZ Concert is Radio New Zealand's fine-music network, devoted to classical music and the performing arts. It broadcasts live concerts and recitals, champions New Zealand composers and performers, and draws on recordings and programmes from public broadcasters around the world. Alongside the orchestral repertoire there are specialist strands covering jazz, opera and contemporary composition, presented by announcers who provide context rather than chatter. This MP3 stream carries the full national Concert service — an oasis of calm on the dial.
