PHEVER Radio is Dublin's platform for underground electronic music, established in 2014 by DJ and producer Dean Sherry. Run as a non-profit collective from its Dublin studio, PHEVER styles itself 'the sound of the Irish underground', deliberately avoiding chart music in favour of house, techno and non-mainstream dance sounds. More than one hundred DJs and producers broadcast live on the platform each week, and it also operates as a TV-radio service with events, a booking agency and DJ training. For Ireland's club community, PHEVER has become a global shop window, streaming Irish underground talent to dance music fans around the world.
