Broadcasting to the whole of Ireland on 106–108 FM, this is Bauer Media's speech-led alternative to music radio. Newstalk launched in 2002 and grew from a Dublin station into a national network, carrying programmes such as Newstalk Breakfast, The Hard Shoulder and the multi-award-winning Off The Ball sports show. With news bulletins through the day and talkback at its core, it gives listeners a rolling mix of politics, business, culture and live sport.
