CEU Medieval Radio was launched in 2012 at the Central European University in Budapest to bring medieval music and scholarship to a wider audience. Around the clock it plays early music — Gregorian chant, troubadour songs and medieval instrumental pieces — while its Past Perfect! interview series features historians discussing their research in an accessible way. The station is run from the university's Department of Medieval Studies.
