Pure Oldies 106.9 is WRXS, a commercial station licensed to Brookfield and serving the Milwaukee area. Owned by Saga Communications, it flipped to oldies on April 1, 2021 after life as CHR outlet Energy 106.9, launching with Aretha Franklin and the Beatles. The format concentrates on 1950s, 60s and 70s hits, Motown to British Invasion, and like many oldies stations it switches to Christmas music during the holiday season.
