Hong Kong Community Radio (HKCR) is an independent online community radio station based in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Founded in 2016 by Gavin Wong of the label Absurd Trax and Davy Law of Neoncity Records, it was created as an open platform where newcomers, independent artists and marginalised voices can be heard. Broadcasting online rather than over the airwaves, HKCR runs daily shows of DJ sets, live mixes and podcasts spanning underground electronic, experimental, ambient and techno sounds, connecting Hong Kong's creative underground with resident hosts and listeners across Asia and beyond.
