WEFUNK is a Montreal institution: a weekly funk and hip-hop show on McGill University's CKUT 90.3 FM since 1996, and online since 1999, making its stream one of the oldest continuously running on the internet. Hosts Professor Groove and DJ Static split the duties, one digging into funk and soul, the other into rap, old and new. The show airs Fridays from midnight to 2 a.m. in Montreal, with an extensive online archive of past episodes.
