UCC 98.3FM is the student radio station of University College Cork, broadcasting on 98.3 FM from The Hub in the heart of the campus. On air since 1995, it runs 24 hours a day, with live student-presented shows on weekday daytimes during term covering news, current affairs, sport and alternative music. Open to students from across Cork, the station is a training ground for new broadcasters and a platform for documentaries, podcasts and voices that rarely reach commercial radio.
