The Groove is an online stream built around groove-led music — funk, soul, disco and the rhythm-heavy records that connect them. Its format favours danceable classics and smooth, bassline-driven tracks, sequenced continuously for listeners who want feel-good energy rather than chart countdowns. Broadcasting over the internet around the clock as a format-only service, it keeps speech to a minimum and lets the rhythm section do the talking, wherever in the world its audience is listening.
