Broadcasting from Bridgetown as part of the Starcom Network, The Beat 104.1 FM is Barbados' adult contemporary hit station, built around the greatest songs of the 1970s, 80s and 90s alongside today's favourites. The frequency has a long lineage in Bajan radio, passing through earlier identities as Yess 104.1 and Love FM before taking on The Beat name in 2016. Alongside the music it carries contemporary hits from around the world, presenter-led entertainment and coverage that keeps it a fixture of the island's commercial radio scene.
