Step into the wireless age on The 1920s Radio Network, an old-time radio service that officially began on 8 May 2004 and broadcasts from studios in Chesapeake, Virginia, with its flagship outlet on WHRO 90.3 HD3 in the Norfolk–Virginia Beach area. The music runs from the 1920s through the 1940s — big band, swing and nostalgia — reaching back even further to cylinder recordings from 1900, while weekends and its dedicated Old Time Radio service revive the golden-age dramas and comedies themselves.
