Groove Salad is the signature channel of SomaFM, the San Francisco listener-supported internet station founded in 2000 by Rusty Hodge. Its recipe is a nicely chilled plate of ambient and downtempo beats and grooves, mostly instrumental electronica designed to sit perfectly underneath work or reading. This 64k AAC feed is the bandwidth-friendly way in: the same hand-curated, commercial-free playlist, delivered in an efficient stream that sips data.
