Bossa Beyond is SomaFM's love letter to Brazilian rhythm. Part of the San Francisco network Rusty Hodge founded in 2000, the channel goes, as its name promises, beyond classic bossa nova — into MPB, Brazilian jazz, samba-inflected pop and modern takes on the Jobim songbook. Sun-warm guitar, soft Portuguese vocals and that unmistakable swing make it a gentle, sophisticated backdrop at any hour.
