Red FM was the Star Media Group's English-language station for Peninsular Malaysia, on air from 1 September 2001 with 104.9 MHz as its Klang Valley frequency. Playing English hits from the 1980s onwards, it grew into one of the country's top five English stations before its FM run ended on 31 December 2015, and its frequencies were later taken over by Zayan.
