This stream carries Radiowave NZ, the online 'home of hits' run from Auckland's Howick area. Beyond the music — a blend of country favourites, 60s and 70s classics and New Zealand music spotlights such as the Fabulous 60s and Blast from the Past features — the station doubles as a tourist information service, pointing listeners to events and attractions around the country. It even lends its platform to community causes, promoting SPCA animal-welfare campaigns to its audience.
