Q 100.7 FM is the talk station of the Caribbean Broadcasting Corporation, the public broadcaster based at The Pine, St. Michael. It launched on 3 May 2004 as Quality FM and built its schedule around talk shows and community features, including the obituary announcements that moved over from its sister station CBC Radio. True to its billing of «Quality Talk, Quality Music», it also carries live sittings of the Parliament of Barbados, with the House of Assembly on Tuesdays and the Senate on Wednesdays.
