What began in April 2002 as a three-hour evening sports show on the newly launched Newstalk has grown into Ireland's leading sports media brand, now part of Bauer Media. Off The Ball still airs nationwide on Newstalk 106-108 — weeknights from 7pm and across weekend afternoons — mixing live commentary, analysis and interviews across soccer, GAA, rugby and golf. Its digital arm, OTB Sports, added the OTB AM breakfast show in 2017 and now produces dozens of podcasts and video shows, making it a round-the-clock home for Irish sports fans.
