Minimal & Techno is a specialist channel on MixLive.net, the Irish online radio platform that hosts a family of genre-specific music streams. This stream is devoted to the stripped-back end of electronic music: minimal techno, dub techno and hypnotic underground house, mixed continuously without presenters or advertising interruptions. It is aimed at dedicated dance music fans who want a focused, club-oriented soundtrack rather than a generalist playlist, and it can be heard anywhere online. Alongside its sister MixLive channels covering ambient, progressive and chillout sounds, it shows how internet radio can serve niche tastes that FM rarely touches.
