Midwest Radio has been the voice of the west since 1989, broadcasting from Ballyhaunis, County Mayo, on 96.1 FM across Mayo and into neighbouring counties. It is one of Ireland's best-loved local stations, built on a warm mix of country and Irish music, middle-of-the-road favourites, local news and sport. Tommy Marren's mid-morning show is a regional institution, famous for giving ordinary listeners a platform on the issues that matter to them. This AAC stream carries the station's full service online, to Mayo people at home and around the world.
