Midlands 103 is the local station for Ireland's midlands, serving counties Laois, Offaly and Westmeath from its base in Tullamore on 103.5 FM and sister frequencies. It began broadcasting in 1990 as Midlands Radio 3 before taking its current name. Independently owned, it combines local news, sport and current affairs — including its long-running morning talk programmes — with music, and remains a central voice for community life across the three counties it covers.
