Metal Express Radio is an English-language online station from Oslo built entirely around hard rock and heavy metal. Its roots reach back to 1985, when founder Stig G. Nordahl started Metal Express as a local metal radio show, before taking the concept online in 2000; today it combines round-the-clock metal with band interviews and album reviews for a worldwide audience.
