Metal Express Radio is an Oslo-based web radio station broadcasting hard rock and heavy metal in English around the clock. It grew out of founder Stig G. Nordahl's metal shows on local Oslo FM in the mid-1980s and moved online in 2000, building a worldwide audience with interviews, album reviews and festival coverage alongside the music.
