Massive Aruba is San Nicolas' own radio voice, launched in 2017 by co-founder Clyde Burke to give the town a station of its own again after some thirty years without one. Broadcasting in English, it is devoted to soca and calypso, the sounds at the heart of Aruba's carnival culture. The day opens with gospel and R&B before soca takes over, with the afternoon Tropical Storm segment as a flagship.
