KISS FM broadcasts on 102.3 FM in Kigali and bills itself as the capital's number one hit music station. Run by SMW Communications Ltd, it mixes current chart hits with youth-focused entertainment shows and live DJ sessions. It was also the first station in Rwanda to adopt IP-based broadcast technology in its studios.
