Joy FM broadcasts on 99.7 MHz in Accra and is the flagship station of the Multimedia Group. It was the first private radio station licensed in Ghana and went on air on 1 May 1995 under founder Kwasi Twum. Its English-language mix of news, talk, sports and music is anchored by the Super Morning Show, one of the country's most influential breakfast programmes.
