On this asia DREAM radio channel, the spotlight stays on Japan's idol girl groups. J-Pop Powerplay Kawaii lines up acts in the mould of AKB48, Momoiro Clover Z, Morning Musume, °C-ute and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu back to back — the network itself calls it the ultimate kawaii J-pop binge. Within the asia DREAM family of Japan Hits, J-Rock and classic-pop channels, Kawaii is the sugar-rush option: bright choruses, big hooks and relentless cheerfulness, streamed around the clock.
