Ignore Radio's shoegaze stream is an online-only channel devoted to one of alternative music's most atmospheric genres. Shoegaze emerged in the UK and Ireland in the late 1980s, pioneered by bands such as My Bloody Valentine — formed in Dublin — whose swirling guitars and buried vocals defined the sound. This station keeps that tradition alive around the clock, blending classic shoegaze with dream pop and modern acts influenced by the genre. With no FM presence and no mainstream concessions, it is a destination for listeners who want walls of guitar, hazy melodies and introspective textures streamed wherever they happen to be.
