Heart South Wales is Global's Heart service for South and West Wales, based in Cardiff and heard on FM frequencies including 106.0 in the capital region. The licence was previously Capital South Wales and, before that, Red Dragon FM, a Cardiff station dating back to the 1980s. Today it carries Heart's national feel-good format — presented shows from London combined with Welsh news, travel and advertising.
