Heart London broadcasts on 106.2 MHz FM across the capital and is the flagship of Global's Heart network. It began life on 5 September 1995 as Heart 106.2 under Chrysalis, before Global bought the brand in 2007. Weekdays open with the national Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden, followed by feel-good adult contemporary music and London drivetime shows.
