Gabz FM has been part of Gaborone life since 1999 and is found at 96.2 FM in the capital, styling itself the heart and soul of adult contemporary music. Owned by Your Friend (Pty) Ltd, it pairs today's hits and yesterday's classics with engaging conversation, in a schedule of roughly two-thirds music to one-third talk aimed at adults aged twenty-five to forty-nine. First confined to the Gaborone area, it later expanded into a national service, broadcasting in a mix of English and Setswana.
