This Radio Caprice channel puts a single instrument in the spotlight: the harpsichord. Baroque keyboard suites, partitas and concertos — the repertoire of Bach, Scarlatti, Couperin and Rameau — sound in performances largely on period instruments. A web-only stream for listeners drawn to the bright, plucked timbre that defined European music rooms of the 17th and 18th centuries.
