On 97.3 MHz in the capital, Citi FM has been Accra's home for sharp, English-language news and talk since it launched in November 2004. The station, run by Omni Media Limited, is best known for the Citi Breakfast Show with Bernard Avle at the helm on weekday mornings. Its promise to listeners is summed up in the slogan adopted at its 2015 rebrand: “Relevant Radio. Always.”
