Chisomo Radio Station is a Salima-based broadcaster that has grown from Malawi’s lakeshore district into a multi-district voice, with transmitters in Salima, Dwangwa, Kasungu, Ntcheu and Lilongwe and a footprint reported across 21 districts. Non-partisan in outlook, it gives farmers, policymakers and entrepreneurs a platform to discuss community issues, and in 2023 it opened a Lilongwe studio in Area 22 to sit closer to the national conversation.
