Boom 97.3 is Toronto's classic hits station, broadcasting as CHBM-FM and owned by Stingray Radio. The frequency first signed on in 1987 as CJEZ-FM and spent years as the soft-rock EZ Rock before flipping to Boom on December 26, 2009. Its playlist leans on the 1970s, 1980s and 1990s, with a core focus on the eighties and the slogan "Toronto's Greatest Hits."
