Capital Anthems is a spin-off from Global's Capital network, the UK contemporary hit radio brand launched as a network in January 2011 and rooted in London's Capital Radio, on air since 1973. Instead of current chart rotation, Anthems plays the biggest throwback dance and pop anthems Capital listeners know best, as a digital and Global Player service sitting alongside the main Capital stations.
