Beat FM 102.5 hit the Amman airwaves on 28 January 2005 and quickly became Jordan's home for contemporary hit radio. Owned by Seagulls Broadcast, the English-language station plays Top 40 pop, hip hop, R&B, dance and house around the clock for a young audience, with shows such as Beat Breakfast setting the tone of the day.
