All Classical Portland — call letters KQAC, as in Quality All Classical — is Oregon's 24-hour classical music service on 89.9 FM. It began broadcasting on August 1, 1983 as KBPS-FM, took its current call sign in 2009, and is now an independent, listener-supported station whose repeater network reaches from the Columbia Gorge to the Oregon Coast. Symphonies, chamber music and live local performances fill the schedule.
