Malta's number one hit music station, 89.7 Bay has been setting the pace for contemporary pop since it was founded in 1991. Owned by the Eden Leisure Group and based in St Julian's, it broadcasts nationwide on 89.7 FM as well as on DAB+ and online, anchored by the Bay Breakfast show. Broadcasting Authority surveys kept it at the top of the ratings for 15 consecutive years, and it also organises the Bay Music Awards celebrating local talent.
