80s Rhythm is an online station built around the rhythm-driven pop of the 1980s. Its music draws on the decade's synth-pop, new wave, funk and dance-pop, when British acts such as Duran Duran, Spandau Ballet and Culture Club were international stars. As a web-only themed service, it streams that era continuously for nostalgia listeners, complementing larger decade brands with a focus on upbeat, danceable tracks rather than rock ballads alone.
