Mellow Gold, from the 181.FM network, is named for the soft-rock treasures of the seventies and early eighties. Think smooth harmonies, yacht-rock polish and singer-songwriter gold — the mellow side of classic pop, streamed without interruption. As with all 181.FM channels, the format is tight and the mission simple: a whole station built around one comfortable mood.
