Volunteer-run internet station founded in June 2006 to carry on the spirit of the late BBC Radio 1 DJ John Peel, taking its name from Peel's Dandelion Records label of 1969–1972. Its DJs record monthly shows of new, strange and overlooked music that loop around the clock, and since 2006 the station has been the official home of Peel's Festive Fifty listeners' chart, a broadcasting institution dating back to 1976.
