A digital sister service to Global's Smooth Radio, Smooth Soul mixes classic soul and Motown with the smoother end of R&B — artists in the tradition of Marvin Gaye, Diana Ross, Luther Vandross and Sade. It extends the Smooth brand, which Global relaunched as a national station in 2014 with a 'smooth relaxing classics' format aimed at 35-plus listeners, and is available through the Global Player app and online streaming.
