This is Groove Salad in its fuller-sounding form: SomaFM's flagship ambient channel delivered as a 256k MP3 stream. The music is the same carefully sequenced blend of downtempo electronica, ambient textures and laid-back grooves that made Groove Salad an internet radio institution, but the higher bitrate lets the detail breathe on good headphones and speakers. It remains, like all of Rusty Hodge's SomaFM, commercial-free and listener-supported.
