Calming Piano does exactly what its name says: the 1.FM channel from Baar, Switzerland, plays gentle solo piano music around the clock. Soft classical pieces, minimalist compositions and mellow contemporary piano flow into one another without presenters, news or advertising interruptions. The English-language stream is made for concentration and relaxation alike – background music for studying, working, meditating or falling asleep. As part of the 1.FM network's large family of mood and genre channels, Calming Piano is one of its quietest corners.
