When the club night winds down, 1.FM's Afterbeat Electronica takes over. This channel from the Swiss online radio network 1.FM, based in Baar in the canton of Zug, is devoted to the slower, deeper side of electronic music: downtempo grooves, chillout, ambient textures and laid-back house for the small hours. There are no presenters and no chart pressure, just a continuous, carefully sequenced flow designed for after-parties, night drives and quiet early mornings. It is one of dozens of single-genre channels through which 1.FM serves listeners far beyond Switzerland.
